Frank C. Archer is a Boeing professional, leadership coach, and youth advocate with over 25 years of experience. As a certified Maxwell Executive Program Leader, he’s trained leaders across industries and champions early leadership development in schools. Frank has led youth outreach and community theater programs, empowering students through hands-on learning and mentorship. He supports the Puyallup School District’s Strategic Plan and is committed to safe, inclusive, and future-ready schools that reflect the values of the entire community.

Why I am running for Puyallup School Board - Position 1

Our schools shape the next generation of leaders, workers, and neighbors. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, educator, or community member—this election impacts us all. I’m running for School Board to ensure every student has access to a high-quality, future-ready education, and every community member sees the value of strong public schools.

I bring a unique perspective as a leadership coach on Boeing’s STEM Leadership Team and a professional in experimental flight testing. My work with the U.S. space program and AI technologies has taught me the importance of innovation, discipline, and preparing students for an ever-evolving world.

I believe in education that meets students where they are. Every child learns differently, and we must support diverse learning styles through hands-on projects, real-world problem solving, and technology integration.

I fully support the Puyallup School District’s Strategic Plan, which focuses on:
